L'Ermitage Beverly Hills is the longest-tenured all-suite hotel with a Forbes Five-Star rating in the world. The 116 suites are individually furnished and include some of the largest suites in Beverly Hills, such as the 4,450-square-foot L'Ermitage Suite. That suite contains a private screening room, spa treatment room, and a personal office with a fireplace.

Dining

The hotel houses Costa Covo Osteria, which serves coastal Italian cuisine with French Riviera influences led by Executive Chef Todd Matthews. The beverage program includes a curated wine list focusing on new-world Italian and French varietals. The Canopy at L'Ermitage is a rooftop retreat with a poolside sundeck, private cabanas, and a new eatery that debuted in late 2024.

Wellness

Joanna Czech Studio operates its first and only Los Angeles studio inside the hotel, offering skincare treatments. Ricari Studios also has its only Los Angeles outpost at the property, providing tech-forward wellness treatments. The eighth-floor spa includes a steam room, yoga classes, and a rooftop pool with panoramic city views.
